Absolutely! Atlantic Plumbing features a modern, fully-equipped 24/7 fitness center, including a dedicated spin room with five Peloton bikes and state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. This includes free weights, a squat rack, and Star Trac equipment: two stationary bikes, three elliptical machines, four treadmills, and one StairMaster. Many residents find our on-site facilities convenient and often cancel their off-site gym memberships.

Atlantic Plumbing is proud to offer a variety of floor plans to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 488 – 1,350 square feet, and in floor plans ranging from Studio to 2-bedroom den apartments. Our floor plans are designed to maximize natural light and provide a refined, elegant living space.

Application Process

Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.

Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
